DOBE has been dedicating to developing systematic management tools for energy conservation and low-carbon development, which can be used to evaluate important environmental indicators, such energy, greenhouse gases (GHG) . The tools we developed can also realize the online analysis and visualization of data. Besides the development of management tools, DOBE also provides services like end-user training, guidance and maintenance of management tools.
So far, we have cooperated with Development and Reform Commission of Suzhou, Nanjing University and other relevant units to design and develop the ‘Suzhou GHG accounting and management platform’. Though this platform, our consulting team has helped Suzhou municipal government to collect and management the data of GHG activity levels, and to conduct GHG accounting and inventory compilation in dimensions of region, department, sector, enterprise and energy type, etc.
