Welcome to Suzhou DOBE Environment Technology Service Co., Ltd.

In the last few years, domestic companies has gradually realized the importance of EHS and started paying attention on environmental protection and the health and safety of labors. However, since many companies are short of senior EHS expertise while junior EHS engineers and workers do not have adequate skills, companies are not able to properly deal with problems of EHS and environmental protection in workplace.
To solve this problem and expand the reservation of qualified EHS managers, DOBE has cooperated with Apple since 2013 and provided professional tailored EHS training for its suppliers in China. The 18-month curriculum includes 29 courses, covering risk identification and assessment, fire safety, chemicals management, industrial hygiene, water resource management and air pollution control, etc. This is currently the most advanced and professional EHS training program with the largest scale in Asia.
Rigorously planned by our experts, the curriculum focuses on the construction of fundamental knowledge and skills as well as the development of management and leading capacity. In addition to their coursework, trainees are required to create and implement real EHS projects to improve conditions at their local facilities, in order to reinforce learning outcomes in class. Since 2013, trainees have launched over 1,400 of these EHS projects. After completing the 18-month curriculum and passing the tests, defenses and practical projects, trainees will be rewarded with Certificate of EHS Management Training.
Until June 2016, there have been 615 EHS managers from Apple trained by DOBE, covering over 150 suppliers, which has directly improved EHS performance in these factories. This program has trained a large amount of EHS practitioners for enterprises, which effectively improved their EHS management level and performance. The remarkable achievement of this program has caused tremendous repercussions in the field of EHS in electronics industry. Therefore, Apple has included the program into its globally released report of supplier responsibility for three years in succession.
