There are many innovative research projects worldwide focusing on the research frontiers and the difficulties of competitive science and technology. These projects aim to achieve global growth by helping developing countries implement sustainable development projects and achieve institutional innovation. Generally, these innovative research projects are sponsored and supported by developed countries or different types of international NGOs, e.g., EU Horizon 2020 Projects, UK Prosperity Fund Programme, The National Geographic(NGS) Air and Water Conservation Fund, etc. Institutes in developing countries with intention and research foundation can apply for and execute these projects.
In 2014, sponsored by NGS Fund, DOBE successfully built multi-party negotiate environmental council in the region where factories and residential area stay too close. The services we provided including on-site investigation, stakeholder analysis, construction of communication platform, formulation of regulations and management modes for the operation of platform, technical support and solution. Through the execution of this project, DOBE effectively solved the conflict between enterprises and local residents, helped the government to create a harmonious society and achieved NGS’s goal, which is to help developing countries implement institutional innovation.
