Regional Phased Specific Planning and Action Planof Energy Conservation and Low Carbon Development

In 2015, driven by the ideas of energy reform, power sector reform and internet plus,DOBE was entrusted by SIP government to conduct a strategy design of energy conservation and low-carbon development in the next five-year period for Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP) , and to compile 13th Five-Year Planning of Energy Conservation and Low-carbon Development in SIP.
We offer local authority a reporting package,consisting of the following services:
     •Investigating the status quo and characteristics of energy conservation and low-carbon development
     •Diagnosing existing problems and potential of energy conservation and low-carbon development
     •Analyzing the current situation and future work orientation
     •Formulating regional periodic plan of energy conservation and low-carbon development
     •Designing corresponding regional periodic action plans
Planning emphasizes the idea of open and innovation, and remains consistent with SIP’s characteristic of ‘Combination of City and Industry’. Guided by the general idea of ‘reinforcing overall planning, innovating development and intensifying performance appraisal’, DOBE has arranged the overall planning and decision making of energy conservation and low-carbon development in the 13th five-year period for SIP, covering the aspects of industry, energy, society and management.
In order to help local authority better achieve the overall goal and phased missions in SIP planning, DOBE has further designed the Planning on the practical level, and compiled 13th Five-Year Action Plan of Energy Conservation and Low-carbon Development in SIP. This action plan has helped SIP to decompose and assess objectives and tasks of energy conservation and low-carbon development. Now, the practical operation in the action plan has become the routine work of SIP on energy conservation and low-carbon development.
